About Me
I’m an artist, writer, storyteller, and musician from Hastings, a seaside town in the south of England.

Recent books include We The Wild Ones for older children and adults and Carried Away with the Carnival for younger children.
Music is a huge part of my life and work. I have written songs since childhood. My music is available on all streaming services.
I love connecting with people during my visits to schools, libraries and fests, which mix music, poetry, and stories with inspiring creative activities. I recently studied storytelling intensively at Emerson College and have a big repertoire of both traditional and self-written stories that I love to share at my visits.

My career began with illustration and it is still at the heart of my work. I illustrate all my own books and love to illustrate for authors such as Brian Moses, James Carter and Roger Stevens.
I studied printmaking at college and make handmade prints with traditional techniques such as lino printing and woodcutting. Please visit my print shop to have a look at my prints. Lots of the designs are available as Greetings Cards too.
